On October 7, 2014, Becton, Dickinson and Company (BD) organized its first “BD Open Day in Russia and the CIS” event with the support of R May Consulting Group. The event marked BD’s 25th year in the Russian market. Leading industry experts, heads of major Russian and foreign companies, representatives of the government, scientific community and patient organizations participated in the event. More than 200 participants had the opportunity to discuss global trends, the prospects for the development of the healthcare sector in Russia, and the role and benefits of the introduction and use of modern technologies and innovative medical devices. Robert May, Managing Partner of RMCG was a co-moderator of the morning plenary session. Following the plenary session, participants rotated through independent sessions lead by BD experts who presented an overview of the company’s latest solutions for the diagnostic testing and prevention of serious infectious and noninfectious diseases.

On June 12, 2014 - RMCG's Managing Partner Robert May conducted a media training for the senior management of Unilever in Casablanca, Morocco. The full-day training covered both theoretical and practical aspects of media engagement, communication technique and best practices for engaging with external audiences.

On May 26, with support from RMCG, Ericsson participated in the project Richmind (richmind.ru) in Moscow in the framework of a master-class led by Eric Qualman, the international digital-expert of marketing in social, digital and mobile media. Mikael Eriksson Bjorling presented his lecture entitled "Why to Go Digital" and shared his research observations regarding changes that have taken place in the digital sphere in the last few years. RMCG prepared the stage for successful media activity, which positively reflected on the company's image. RMCG also organized a speaker series with the particpation of Mikhael Bjorling at the Open Innovations Forum in Moscow in 2013.
Mikael Eriksson Björling was educated at the University College of Art, Craft and Design in Stockholm, Sweden and holds a Master of Education in Visual Art and Design. Since 1998, Mikael has worked for Ericsson, the world-leading provider of telecommunications equipment and related services to mobile and fixed network operators. Today, Mikael is a Consumer Behavior Expert at Ericsson ConsumerLab and an official Ericsson Networked Society Evangelist. More than 15 years he studies consumer behavior in telecommunications researching tastes and habits of billions of people from 40 countries of the world.
On May 21, 2014, with informational support from RMCG, Arturo Poire, Ericsson's global head of talent management conducted a seminar on how to create and sustain a strategic busines advantage while engaging and retaining talented staff. RMCG organized wide media coverage that highlighted Ericsson's emphasis on developing and retaining its employees and key talent. It allowed the company to promote its Talent Acquisition campaign within the framwork of the seminar. More than 100 people took part in the seminar, which demonstrated the high interest in HR as a main component to support a company's reputation.
Arturo Poire is the vice-president and the Global Head of Talent Management for Ericsson. Prior to joining Ericsson in 2012, Arturo was the Global Head of Talent Management for Marsh & McLennan Companies (MMC), based in New York. Arturo holds a degree in Sociology from the University of Buenos Aires (Argentina), and a Master of Business Administration from New York University’s Stern School of Business. In 2006, Arturo co-authored a career success book for Latinos in the US, “The Latino Advantage in the Workplace – Use who you are to get where you want to be,” published by Sphinx publishing.
